CarnotJet™ Warranty and Support Options
A one year limited warranty is included with the purchase of a unit when installed by a GRC Factory Service Engineer. Beyond the first year, several options are available. Customers can choose one of the following levels of support:
- Extended limited warranty
- Cooling system monitoring without on-site repair
- Support on a per incident basis

One Year Limited Warranty
The first year of warranty is designed to include all elements of support:
- Cooling System Monitoring
Real-time, 24 hour cooling system monitoring * Monthly data review and performance assessment by a Factory Service Engineer System load and performance reports
- Unlimited Factory Service Engineer phone support
- On-site repair by factory service technician including replacement parts
On-site repair does not include recurring, routine maintenance items such as cleaning strainers, filters, or cooling tower components, but can be provided at additional cost
- Software support and upgrades

Extended Limited Warranty (after first year)
- Extends the initial one-year warranty to four years
Cooling System Monitoring Only (after first year)
- Real-time, 24-hour cooling system monitoring *
- Monthly data review and performance assessment by a Factory Service Engineer
- System load and performance reports
- Yearly Lab Analysis of Coolant
- Unlimited phone support from Factory Service Engineers
- Software support and upgrades
